Job offer: [Ba Ria - VT] Junior Chief of Operation

COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are representing our client – a reputable player in the Logistics sector based in Ba Ria – Vung Tau  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing all daily activities of OP Department.
• Logistics preparation including customs clearance, certificate and trucking arrangement…
• Perform import and export account declaration on ECUS5- VNACCS software.
• Prepare docs for applying CO, chemical declaration, quality inspection register…
• Carry out necessary producers for customs clearance and release of goods
• Coordinate with warehouse team for operation smoothly
• Assign works to staff in accordance with the capacity, ability and instructions of the superior, recommend new hires if necessary.
• Handle daily tasks and managing the daily/ monthly report to Manager.
• Other task assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College or above of related majors in Logistics, Supply chain, International Trade… or other fields.
• Having more than 02 years of working experience at the same position or higher.
• Good knowledge in export-import operation and warehouse supervision.
• Have legal knowledge, business management capacity and effectively use assigned resources.
• Good in English.
• Good presentation skills, teamwork, problem-solving, work arrangement skills, data analysis and reports.
• Proactive, hard-working, willing to support colleagues and able to work under high work pressure.
